- All product descriptions, prices, and images are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color/appearance may occur due to lighting or screens.
- Placing an order means you agree to provide accurate information (name, address, contact, etc.).
- Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may cancel and issue a full refund.
- All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. Juggnu does not store your card details.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹899.
- Standard delivery time is 3– 6 business days, depending on your location.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed.
- Shipping details must be accurate; Juggnu is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped (see Cancellation Policy).
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Discounts, offers, and promotions may have separate terms and conditions.
- Juggnu reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice.
- Juggnu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- All products are for personal/home use only.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
