1. Use of Website:
  • You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
  • Content, images, and designs on Juggnu are our property and may not be copied or used without permission
2. Products & Orders:
  • All product descriptions, prices, and images are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color/appearance may occur due to lighting or screens.
  • Placing an order means you agree to provide accurate information (name, address, contact, etc.).
  • Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may cancel and issue a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payments:
  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. Juggnu does not store your card details.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹899.
4. Shipping & Delivery:
  • Standard delivery time is 3– 6 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed.
  • Shipping details must be accurate; Juggnu is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:
  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped (see Cancellation Policy).
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Promotions & Offers:
  • Discounts, offers, and promotions may have separate terms and conditions.
  • Juggnu reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability:
  • Juggnu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • All products are for personal/home use only.
8. Governing Law:
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
