At Juggnu, we work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

1. Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel:

• If eligible, we will confirm and process your cancellation within 2 business days.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders:

• Prepaid order amounts will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 to 3 working days after confirmation.
• COD orders (if applicable) will simply be cancelled without charges.

4. Exceptions:

• Custom or special-request products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Juggnu reserves the right to cancel an order in case of unforeseen issues (e.g., stock unavailability, payment errors). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
